About Event Planning & Coordination
An event planner organizes the entire vision of your event — logistics, vendors, budgets, and schedules. They negotiate with service providers, manage timelines, and ensure every aspect of the plan comes together seamlessly from start to finish. Their focus is on the overarching concept and big-picture strategy.
An event coordinator focuses on the execution details — ceremony setup, vendor check-ins, timeline management, and real-time problem-solving on the day of the event. They ensure everything runs smoothly so you can be fully present in each moment, laughing and celebrating without worry.
A planner focuses on the overall vision and strategy — the "big picture." They're involved from the very beginning, helping you select vendors, manage the budget, and design the look and feel of your event. A coordinator focuses on the logistical details and execution — making sure the plan is carried out perfectly on the actual day. Many clients benefit from both!
Booking & Availability
We recommend booking as early as possible — ideally 12+ months in advance for weddings, especially if your date falls during peak wedding season (May–October). For smaller events like baby showers and birthdays, 3–6 months is typically sufficient. That said, we do occasionally have availability for closer dates, so don't hesitate to reach out!

Absolutely! We love bringing beautiful events to life wherever you are. We're based in Morgantown, WV and serve all of West Virginia. We also travel for destination weddings and events beyond WV — simply mention your event location in your inquiry and we'll discuss travel arrangements and any applicable fees.
We're based in Morgantown, West Virginia and serve the surrounding areas including Clarksburg, Fairmont, Bridgeport, and throughout WV. We're also available for events across the state and destination events further afield — just ask!
Vendors & Logistics
We have strong relationships with trusted local vendors throughout West Virginia — photographers, florists, caterers, DJs, and more. We're happy to share recommendations tailored to your style and budget. That said, we're also fully comfortable working with vendors you've already chosen or have a relationship with.
That's exactly why we're there! We always come prepared with a comprehensive emergency kit and backup plans for common scenarios. From a wardrobe malfunction to a vendor running late, we handle it discreetly and efficiently so you never have to worry. Our job is to be your calm in any storm.
